1st-USA.com is an online prepaid calling card retailer. We purchase some of the calling cards we sell from other telecommunications carriers who create and service those cards. In the unusual event that performance issues arise with a phone card sold on our website, or that you do not receive the terms and/or rates advertised for a calling card sold on our website, it is the carrier's responsibility to provide an adequate remedy. Included with every order that we process is a toll-free customer support phone number for the carrier who services the calling card.

If a carrier is unable to provide a satisfactory remedy, customers must contact 1st-USA.com within 30 days of the original purchase date to begin an inquiry. We will intervene on your behalf with the carrier to have a phone card or lost minutes promptly replaced, or we will provide you with additional minutes to make up for a defect unresolved by the carrier.


1st-USA.com's guarantee applies only to your most recent purchase. We will not refund time or money for subsequent purchases or use of the same calling card. If your experience with a particular calling card has proved to be unsatisfactory for a particular country, international cell destination, or otherwise, please do not purchase, recharge or continue to use the calling card.

If the prompt of available minutes is incorrect, do not use the calling card. Please, immediately contact the calling card carrier's customer service for a resolution. Likewise, continued use of a calling card which provides anything other than the rates and/or billing advertised on our website will nullify 1st-USA.com's guarantee.

1st-USA.com's guarantee is limited to the original retail purchase and is non-transferable. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. All calling card sales are final and nonrefundable.

1st-USA.com's customer support team, per company policy, may file an exchange request. Decisions can take up to 3 to 5 business days and not all exchange requests are accepted.

1st-USA.com's liability will not exceed the original purchase price of a defective calling card. 1st-USA.com makes no warranty of its calling cards with respect to incidental, consequential, or other damages.

1st-USA.com's guarantee does not include usage with any VoIP product or service.

1st-USA.com can accept returns only in the event of a defective phone card (PIN). Please view our guarantee, however, for other remedies if you are having trouble with your phone card (PIN).

What guarantee do you offer to resellers? (7e29a)
1st-USA.com makes all commercially reasonable effort to ensure the high quality of its products and to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding phone card features and rates.

We guarantee the phone cards we sell to operate according to industry standards. If any product sold by 1st-USA.com should fail, a replacement or refund will be made.

Rates, however, are subject to change without notice.

No additional warranties are given or implied, except by written agreement of 1st-USA.com's management. 1st-USA.com's liability will not exceed the purchase price of its defective products. 1st-USA.com makes no warranty of its products with respect to incidental, consequential, or other damages.
