Keep the same PIN! To add more minutes to your PIN, click the Recharge button for any card. You will be taken to the Recharge page where you will be able to enter your PIN number and select the amount of money you want to add to it.
Never run out of minutes! Auto-recharge is a free option that automatically recharges your calling card when your balance falls below $5. You decide how much money to add and you can terminate your auto-recharge options at any time from the My Account page on this website.
You will be given the option to enable auto-recharge settings when you add time to your PIN (see above).
• What is Auto-recharge?
The Auto-recharge option allows you to schedule an automatic calling card recharge and/or receive an email reminder when your calling card balance falls below $5.
• Is the Auto-recharge option free?
Yes. There is no cost to use the Auto-recharge option and you can cancel it at any time.
• Is Auto-recharge safe?
Yes. Trasnactional information is encrypted, then sent and received securely and safely via industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
• Will my calling card be recharged while it is being used?
No. We are not currently able to recharge your calling card while it is in-use. Your calling card (PIN) will be recharged after you hang-up.
• Will you send an email confirmation to me everytime my PIN is automatically recharged?
Yes. We will send a transaction receipt to you via email after each successful Auto-recharge made to your eligible calling card.
• What if I do not want to use Auto-recharge?
You do not need to schedule an Auto-recharge at any time. Auto-recharge is merely a convenient option allowing you to schedule an automatic calling card recharge and/or receive an email reminder when your calling card balance falls below $5.
• Do you store my credit card information?
No. We use a reference transaction query based upon your latest purchase made on our website.
• What is a reference transaction?
A reference transaction allows a new payment transaction to be created and processed based upon a customer's previous credit card or PayPal transaction. The best example of a reference transaction type is the recurring payment. For example, many people allow their cable company, cell phone company or, utility company to automatically charge their credit card every month for services rendered.
• Can I start or stop using the Auto-recharge option anytime I want?
Yes. Use the Auto-recharge option for as long as you'd like with no additional cost.
